Independent repair shop is looking for service advisor that loves to sell honest repairs that are needed. Must be able to work with out superior guidance or authority. Able to do what ever it takes to ensure that sales are over owners break even point for the company.

Skills:

Opening & closing of service department. Able to write profitable estimates & then sell the needed repairs. Able to control shop work flow. Must cooperate with other employees. Must treat the customers with the same care as the owners. Must be able to keep the service department running with strong profits for and indefinite period of time. Must be able to make decisions that will be profitable for the company while being fair to the customer.
