| Under the supervision of the Service Manager and/or Assistant Service Manager, the position is responsible for preparing Express Service repair orders; determine the total Express Service needs and deploy the work process quickly and efficiently. Acknowledge every customer quickly with courtesy and offers assistance in every case. Ensure excellent relations between customers and Dealership.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers upon arrival to Dealership
- Initiate repair orders
- Answer all telephone calls from customers
- Explain the nature of the work performed and all repair costs to the customer
- Advise customers on how to look after their vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance, based on the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule
- Determine the time the vehicle will be ready and track the progress accordingly
- Monitor the work flow and notify the customer of the repair progress throughout all stages of the repair

| Skills: |
- Aptitude for customer relations and customer handling skills
- Strong hospitality skills
- Good practice in telephone communication skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- One (1) year Service Department experience
- Experience in mechanical/technical automotive environment an asset
- Customer Service experience
- Dealership service experience preferred |
