| Under general direction from the Sales Manager, the position performs a variety of activities in support of keeping the lot and Dealership facilities clean, maintained and functional, including jockeying cars, washing cars, lot clean-up, parking control, lot arrangement, valet; performs related work as assigned.
Responsibilities:
-Work with all Dealership Department Managers in maintaining the lot and building in a functional and productive manner
-Greet incoming customers and direct them to parking and dealership facilities, or offer valet service if appropriate/available
-Keep all vehicles parked in correct areas as indicated on the general lot plan
-Move all vehicles as required
-Participate in vehicle delivery; wash and gas the vehicle before schedule delivery
-Participate in dealer trades, or other driving duties
-Keep parking lot and grounds clean and maintained
-Wash any vehicles, as required
-Assist in the maintenance of the Dealership lot; i.e., removing debris and snow
-Maintain the Dealership showroom and vehicles
-Hang, affix, etc. all display signs in the Dealership showroom
-Inspect all incoming new vehicles, and collect documentation and keys
-Manage the vehicle key inventory

| Skills: |
-Ability to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles
-Aptitude for customer relations
-Minimum two (2) years of driving experience
-Two (2) years hospitality experience
-Dealership experience preferred
